Raised bands and labels w/title and date, gilt lettering starting to fade., End papers and blank pages ageing. Historic moisture ingress causing tide mark staining to back endpapers and last few pages on corners. Pages have very light spotting, staining, smudging and soiling. Deals with current events both European and American, doings of British Royalty, the usual births and deaths, natural history and basic information such as crime reports and tavern fires
