Five volumes taken from different publishing issues and rebound in full calf for Trinity College Cambridge later in the 19th Century. Gilt crest with "Virtus Vera Nobilitas" to both board exteriors. Four raised bands with gilt lettering and shields to spines. Spine slightly sunned but all gilt is bright. Scuffs to spine ends and corners but only mild. Light scuffs to rear bases. Marbled endpapers and page block edges. Books very clean and tight throughout. Nice set!
